We have being selling Cold Plunges for a some time now and expected to be experts. After reading tons of different literature, we recommend starting using your chill Tub with short dips of 1-3 minutes or even 30 seconds.

As your body adjusts, you can start increasing time to 5-10 minutes.

But mainly, listen to your body – if you feel uncomfortable, don't push it, get out.

If you stay too long, it can lead to negative effects like hypothermia.
